Through our Women Empowerment & Gender Inclusion programmes, LTF is creating spaces where women and girls can learn, grow, and lead. We equip them with practical digital skills that open doors to new opportunities in today’s technology-driven world. From basic digital literacy to advanced tools for business and innovation, participants gain the confidence to navigate and thrive in modern economies.

But skills alone are not enough. That is why we go further supporting women to turn knowledge into income. Our entrepreneurship training helps women start and grow businesses, manage finances, and build sustainable livelihoods. Whether it is launching a small enterprise, expanding a side hustle, or entering new markets, women are empowered to take control of their economic futures.
